Regional water management projects: what’s the point? What is the vision, what are the guiding principles?

Abstract

This text explores the complex issues of agricultural water management in a poetic and literary form, at the heart of territorial projects for water management (PTGE). With a systemic approach, the author addresses the challenges of defining water needs, irrigation strategies, and the interactions between agriculture, the environment, and society. By choosing verse, the author seeks to reach a wide audience, beyond technical circles, to promote shared understanding and collective reflection. The objective? Building bridges between stakeholders, objectifying debates, and informing decisions through modelling and consultation.
