Virtual rivers for the study of aquatic fauna

Abstract

An electronic topography equipment and adapted methods provide rapidity, accuracy and flexibility in spatial location of river hydrodynamic and biological data. Data processing uses curvilinear location techniques of interpolation and gridding. The numerical and topological structure of this research tool offers numerous calculation possibilities and insures convivial presentation of the results.
