Strengths and weaknesses of the research system - Knowledge transfer: restitution of the workshops' work

Abstract

This paper was presented at the seminar on water engineering, organized by Cemagref and CERTU, which took place on November 20, 1995 in Nancy. Focusing on current research, a workshop was held to examine the interfaces between the research fields defined at the Ministries of Agriculture and Equipment. Complementarities and gaps were highlighted. The whole problem of knowledge transfer was also addressed.
