Abstract
The Meyne landscape set up in the city of Orange is the last step of a program of global management of a dangerous river whose overflows have often had dramatic effects. Today the technical program of hydraulic rearrangement is finalized and, the city now being « secured », the final step consists in winning over the river, in accepting it and in reviving a dialogue that the Roman civilization was able to stir. This project is materialized by a mockup which is in fact used as a tool of explanation and appropriation of the new scheme, a scheme that takes into account the urban system in its day-to-day practices through its touristic, commercial and traffic functions.
