Abstract
Moors have a particular position in the Vosges mountains, thanks to originals environment and socio economic context. So, their exploitation's service and their diversification are notable, because the first farms inns were operating at the end of the XIXth century. The farm of the vosgian moors is dedicated to the production of Munster cheese. Thanks to tourism, it can fully valorise its products in guest houses who are making the reputation of this area. After all, we must insist on the dynamism of this activity who both preserve pastoralism and landscapes, whose upkeep is necessary to carry out leisures and tourism.
