Theoretical approach for the development of a sustainability indicator for an agricultural production process

Abstract

In this paper, we pursue two purposes. First, we show how essential is a positive approach of the agriculture multifunctionality perceived as a rationale for the sustainability of the agricultural production processes. Second, on this basis, we construct a sustainability indicator applied to a joint production.
