Sigemo: computerized system for the management of the speading of organic matters. From functional specifications to the operational tool

Abstract

After the first investigations on 2002 for the realization of an information system on the agricultural spreadings, project SIGEMO integrated into 2003 the specifi cations and the constraints of the actors: decentralized ministries and services, Ademe, agencies of water, professional organizations... In 2006, project SIGEMO became a tool whose architecture is operational, for the producers of the organic matter and the exploitations of reception. Before its installation on the national level of the tests are realized in 7 pilot departments.
