Reforming society via biodiversity, biodiversity as a public policy

Abstract

The French Ecology ministry looks back over several years of public policies for biodiversity conservation. The glass is only half full with mixed results in the field, but significant progress in public debates and some encouraging developments. On the whole, there are still many challenges to be met.
