Abstract

This paper presents a high level overview of measures undertaken by Sydney Water to reduce water consumption from 1999 to June 2011. The paper focuses solely on the issue of reducing water consumption through the utility's adoption of a Water Conservation Strategy, focusing on water efficiency, leak management and recycling.
