The agricultural land adjustment variable or a determining factor of ecological offset?

Abstract

The construction of country planning or other infrastructure justifies more or less negotiated compensation measures application. Two main issues arise, the first one interests the availability of land and management modes that will be associated to it, the second one involves to research a mode of governance best suited to the application of compensation offset. After these different approaches to control and land management, our paper focuses on the practical implementation of ecological compensation, including the choice of the most appropriate mode of governance.
