Configurations organisationnelles et gouvernance des infrastructures – Enseignements pour la gestion patrimoniale des infrastructures

Abstract

The article aims at shedding light on the governance of infrastructures by characterizing the organizational configurations and their evolution. On the basis of an analysis crossing different types of infrastructures (drinking water and sewerage networks, hydraulic structures, road structures (bridges, tunnels) and minor road network), we identify the factors explaining the observed organizational configurations and their evolution (public policies, specificities of territories and actors involved). The analysis allows for drawing some insights with regard to the patrimonial management of infrastructures.
