The AdaMont project, accelerating awareness of climate change in the Vercors

Abstract

Climate change from the perspective of mitigation and adaptation is at the heart of the concerns of the Vercors Regional Natural Park, as illustrated by these few examples of actions implemented over the past fifteen years: energy planning of the territory, diversification of the winter and summer tourist offer, setting up an eco-climatic observatory... The interview with Emmanuel Jeanjean, in charge of the energy transition mission of the Parc du Vercors, shows how the AdaMont project has provided a new perspective on how to approach climate related issues in the territory in interaction with all categories of stakeholders.
