Adaptation in territorial planning to the mountain challenge

Abstract

Do planning and adaptation go hand in hand in medium mountain areas? To respond to this, Franco-Italian actors initiated the European ARTACLIM project in 2017. Conceived as an action-research project, its objective is to promote the introduction of climate change adaptation measures into the planning and spatial development of public administrations.
