Abstract
The digitisation of agriculture refers to the development of a diversity of tools used in agricultural and agri-food activities. While, as various contributions suggest, these tools promise to respond to multiple technical challenges, they also transform professions, sectors and forms of coordination between actors. The aim of this article is to propose a grid for questioning this digitisation process from the point of view of economics and sociology.
