Abstract

How do technicians and managers perceive and capture the knowledge produced by scientists? Does this knowledge guide their actions? How is the interface between these two communities of actors created? For Catherine Moret, head of the Department of Aquatic Environments, Bocage and Flood Protection of Lannion-Trégor Communauté, answering these questions calls for three related points of debate, as they form a loop in the course of the action.
