Role of a trade union association for a collective approach to a territorial drainage project

Abstract

The organisation of drainage works on a territory is confronted with often long and complex appraisal procedures. Michel Walle, President of the Association syndicale autorisée (ASA) de drainage de Béthune-Lillers, presented the assistance that a trade union association can provide for a coherent and collective approach to a territorial drainage project.
