Riverbank soil bioengineering and biological invasions

Abstract

River banks are particularly affected by biological invasions that can threaten the bodiversity and functioning of these environments. Based on the results of a study of several types of riverbank development, this note provides a better understanding of the interest of plant engineering in reducing the risks of proliferation of invasive species on riverbanks.
