Abstract

Farming systems combining orchards and market gardening are increasingly present in the French agricultural landscape, particularly in organic agriculture. These farming systems combining fruit and vegetable production on the same field scale, are monitored by several research projects in order to acquire expertise and knowledge on these practices. In this article, the GRAB, a research association in organic agriculture, pilot and partner of these projects, reviews the results acquired or being acquired that will allow the consolidation of this agroecological model.
