Abstract
The TASCII project, Agroecological Transition of Innovative Irrigated Cropping Systems, aims to test, characterize, and evaluate soil conservation agriculture (SCA) in agroecological transition in the context of irrigated agriculture in the Gers region. The project is based on SCA practices as well as different irrigation management methods and equipment. This article examines the performance of irrigation equipment (buried drip irrigation, full coverage and reel-type sprinklers), environmental and socio-economic performance, and the water status of plants and soil.
