Abstract

The LIFE Nature project "Plateau des Tailles" is an ambitious project aimed at restoring several natural habitats of great biological interest, including the peat bogs of Wallonia, a rare and fragile environment that is home to a great deal of biodiversity. What is the outcome of the operation? What are the benefits for humans and nature? And how can we manage the future?
