Abstract

Since 2011, through its Acclimaterra climate change committee, France's Nouvelle Aquitaine region has been using an original method to monitor regional climate change and propose assistance in adapting to it. The committee and associated approaches have generated much interest both within France and further afield. This article aims to explain the process by which they were created.
